“ Jeni the Intern”

I have been at this internship for a full week! I can’t believe how much planning goes into planning a fair! Heck, I used to think the fair was just a yearly thing that happens for two weeks in September, but oh no was I wrong? Uh YES!!!! There is planning, proofing press releases, researching various organizations and people, I am getting worn out just thinking about all the things that I haven’t even worked on yet since it’s only May! Right now, work is steady. Proof reads here and there, then research the rest of the day. I don’t mind, but I can’t relax, because I know that hard work and deadlines are right around the corner. I can relax September 30th, but until then I will be at State Fair Park 5 days a week from now until the end of September, helping to put the best State Fair together for the people of Oklahoma. With a little hard work and stress I know this year’s OKLAHOMA STATE FAIR 2010!
